Turkey Hunting Turkey hunting provides new hunters with an opportunity to get outdoors in the spring, and see the delights that come with spring. The outdoors coming to life after a winter sleep. Getting out in the woods before the sun is up, hearing the birds waking, the sun coming up...and then thrilling to the sound of that big tom gobbling on the roost. We have been fortunate to have folks like Bell Wildlife Specialties provide some fantastic spring turkey hunting opportunities for the Pass It On program. Since the spring of 2003, Dan Bell and his staff have hosted as many as 15 matches for a youth turkey hunt, providing meals and lodging and excellent guide service for everyone.
