Pass It On - Outdoor Mentors News! We are hosting a Hunter Education Class here in Wichita this weekend. Next weekend most (if not all) of the kids who pass the class will be going on a pheasant hunt near Garden City. Then we have the youth turkey hunt coming up the weekend following Easter (Dan Bell with Bell Wildlife will be hosting us for the 8th year in a row! Thanks Dan!) In April, the new season of STEP OUTSIDE TV begins on the Outdoor Channel. We’ll let you know when the Loren’s Elk hunt will air (if you haven’t checked out the story on the Field & Stream website, you really should check out the nice 300-class bull elk Loren took last October, thanks to Don Terhune and the great folks at Big Horn Outfitters LLC). With spring turkey season, fishing and clay target seasons coming up, it should be a great time to be outdoors! Take a kid with you!
